Facilities Assistant Service

At Wholly Cleaning we PROVIDE and MANAGE the following Facilities Assistant Service tasks below for many offices/industries throughout New York City:

  • Working closely with the Office Services Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Ordering, inventory and stocking of office/maintenance supplies.
  • Schedule vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the office (including, but not limited to the conference rooms, pantry, front desk etc.).
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings, including moving furniture or chairs if required.
  • Order food/beverages and set up for meetings, maintain pin-up boards/posters, ensure breakdown/cleanup after meetings.
  • Maintain office specific equipment (i.e. camera, laser measure) & monitor the recycling bin levels and request building pick up, as required.
  • Assist with office moves/relocations.
  • Run errands as needed, for the office.
